It's list time again, lads!

Here's some tracks I've been enjoying recently. That's all.

Ffenestri - Oes y Cyfrifiaduron

Slightly nerdy Welsh synth-pop from 1985 about 'The Age of Computers'. All-day, mate.

AB's - CIA

Slightly funky Japanese city pop from 1984 about the CIA, the KGB, and other three-letter initialisms? All-day, mate.

MF DOOM - Rapp Snitch Knishes (feat. Mr Fantastik)

Just some classic DOOM. A requirement on any playlist IMO.

EKKSTACY - then i met her

Scuzzy introverted lo-fi rock that kinda reminds me of a chiller Wavves.

Blu Mar Ten - The Feeling

Right, so Blu Mar Ten have been banging about for years, releasing loads of music and remixing loads of people and I've only somehow just heard about them in 2022. Bonkers. Love the punk-funk bassline on this.

Lipelis x TMO - Diet 505

Hope these guys ain't Putin supporters. You'd hope that anyone who can bang out a rave tune this great, with a fun video to boot, is alright like.

Prozak - Request Dub

Speed Garage Will Never Die.

TSHA - BOYZ

I enjoyed TSHA's recent R1 Residency, and BOYZ absolutely thumps too.

Nathan Fake - The Sky Was Pink (James Holden remix)

Was reminded of this epic banger in this top post. Great content, great posting.

Amser Electroneg 014: Now on MixCloud

While it was tempting to do a yacht-rock special for April Fool's Day, Amser Electroneg 014 went out as normal, with prime electronic music from Wales and around the world.

There was one change though, with AE014 featuring its first mix, courtesy of Ffrancon.

I made this playlist ages ago, so I'm gonna be guessing where I heard this stuff...

Don Brown - Don't Lose Your Love

This feels like a Flo or Charlie Bones breakfast banger. From a comp called "Seattle Funk, Modern Soul & Boogie: Volume II 1972-1987".

The Wedding Present - Falling

The Wedding Present is one of those bands where I knew the name but not much else.

So when I saw Hit Parade 1 in a charity shop here in Llantwit for 20p, it was a gamble worth taking. And it paid off with this grungey, dirgey take on Julee Cruise's Falling from the Twin Peaks OST.

Brian Eno - Third Uncle

Just Brian Eno doing post-punk before punk in 1974. Insane, time travel shit.

Death From Above 1979 - Romantic Rights (Erol Alkan's Love From Below Re-Edit)

Nostalgia is a helluva drug.

Sweeping Promises - Pain Without a Touch

Straight into the top 10 things I've heard this year. Basically Blondie, I'm a sucker for this kind of new wave.

Prefab Sprout - Wild Horses

Unlike Don Brown, I can say that this was definitely played on Do!! You!!! Radio. I'm amazed that I never delved into Prefab Sprout through all my years at TheSprout.

Wwzz - Haf Braf

Absolute killer Welsh rave from 1992. Anyone got an mp3 of this I can have to play on Amser Electroneg?

Pangaea - Like This (Full Mix)

Is this big room house? Festival house?

De Ambassade - Geen Genade

Gloomy moody Dutch minimal wave. Sign me up.
