Devolution

It's St David's Day. Welsh devolution is pushed up the agenda. I'd be more in favour if it was Devo's take on devolution.

Their theory also expunges any ill-feeling I have over being slow to post about Devo's new branding and how the fans are being consulted via business newspeak. I'm simply devolving quicker than anyone.
